JunoPacific combines the full resources of facilities located in key medical device markets in Minneapolis/St. Paul and the Silicon Valley, focusing on medical molding and assembly. Services range from tooling, part design and prototyping to micro/close tolerance molding, single and true multi-shot injection molding, vertical molding, reel-to-reel, insert molding, complex tooling that includes Spin-stack and rotary platen, multi-component/multi-material product assembly, secondary operations and validated sterile packaging.

 Position Summary

The Program Manager will lead the business improvement initiatives defined for each key customer. In this highly visible role, you will have the opportunity to lead organizational development programs in manufacturing, quality, and finance.  The Program Manager will proactively mitigate risk, develop solutions to program challenges, and direct others for successful completion of projects on time and on budget in the medical plastics injection molding & assembly industry.

Essential Job Functions

  • Grow the revenue and gross margins of assigned accounts by leading system level improvements in the areas of: quoting/pricing, project planning, risk management, sourcing, sales order processing, operations, order fulfillment, quality and regulatory, metrics and all other support requests
  • Advanced user of ERP responsible for effective end-to-end system utilization
  • Reduce customer complaints by leading cross-functional teams to improve processes related to customer service and operational issues
  • Improve quality metrics by identifying and prioritizing operational and sourcing improvements for key customers by working with production, customer service, supply chain, engineering and quality to establish critical milestones, timelines, costs, and resources to meet customer delivery requirements
  • Lead key customer initiatives, establish regular communication, and lead critical meetings with key customers to establish trust and understand joint opportunities to improve sales and reduce operating expenses through improved manufacturing processes and capabilities
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, sales, customers, and peers
  • Ensure compliance to legal documentation including confidentiality, supply, quality, and pricing agreements
  • Update, maintain, and communicate internal and external performance metrics
  • Support and comply with the company's quality system, ISO, and medical device requirements
  • Complete all other work duties as assigned


Minimum Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in technical field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the medical industry
  • Demonstrates success leading and influencing cross-functional peers across the organization
  • Understanding of financial statements and accounting practices and terminology
  • Technical ability to identify problems and develop and implement actions plans to resolve issues
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents and blue prints
  • Advanced computer skills in:   MS Office products (Work, Excel, and PowerPoint), MRP/ERP systems, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project, and other business related systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of QSM, ISO 9001/13485, GMP, FDA regulation
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to consistently achieve short and long term business results
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks

Desirable Criteria & Qualifications

  • Program management experience
  • PMP certification
  • Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience
  • Experience with custom injection molding, assembly, and packaging
  • Continuing Education; including participation in local chapters, associations, and/or organizations
