JunoPacific combines the full resources of facilities located in key medical device markets in Minneapolis/St. Paul and the Silicon Valley, focusing on medical molding and assembly. Services range from tooling, part design and prototyping to micro/close tolerance molding, single and true multi-shot injection molding, vertical molding, reel-to-reel, insert molding, complex tooling that includes Spin-stack and rotary platen, multi-component/multi-material product assembly, secondary operations and validated sterile packaging.

Position Summary:

Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies.

Shifts:

1st Shift: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm 

2nd Shift 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

  •       Prepares work to be accomplished by following CER assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
  •       Positions parts and subassemblies by using fixtures, ultrasonic welder and test equipment's.
  •       Assembles components by performing inspection of the components, connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
  •       Verifies specifications by measuring completed component as required.
  •       Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with CER procedures, rules, and regulations.
  •       Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  •       Documents actions by completing production, quality forms and LHR's.
  •       Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  •       Perform visual inspection.
  •       Review and fill-out LHR's in a timely manner.
  •       Maintain documentation accuracy in current builds. 
  •       Maintain traceability of all parts and assemblies at all times on materials, LHR's, and rejects.
  •      Quality issues to be raised, not independently decided on.  
  •      Able to operate equipment; Ultrasonic, ATC Test, Uson Test, Final Test, TIR Test, Pouch Sealing and all other CR equipment's.
  •      Inspect, trim, clean, and package products to customer specifications.
  •      Follow directions and instructions of supervisor or delegate.
  •      Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  •          Must be able to read, write and communicate in English. 
  •          No minimum years of experience.     
  •          Basic math skills.
  •          Efficient inspection ability.
  •          Basic eye and hand coordination.
  •          Good attendance
  •          High school diploma or GED; at least 1-2 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

  •          Considerable physical activity. May require handling of objects that can weigh up to 40 lbs.
  •          Work is normally performed in a Class 7 Cleanroom Environment.
