Services range from tooling, part design and prototyping to micro/close tolerance molding, single and true multi-shot injection molding, vertical molding, reel-to-reel, insert molding, complex tooling that includes Spin-stack and rotary platen, multi-component/multi-material product assembly, secondary operations and validated sterile packaging.

Position Summary:
The HR Generalist will partner with Operating Company management to implement human resources programs, resolve employee relations issues and interpret policies. Will work with Corporate Human Resources to ensure HR strategy contributes to the attainment of the Operating Company's business goals.

Essential Functions:
• Serve as primary contact in business partnering role with assigned customer groups
• Provide strategic leadership, direction, and consultation to assigned Operating Company with regards to organizational structure and design, policies, programs and initiatives. Support Leadership in the areas of employee relations; compensation; policies and procedures; recruiting and training; talent development; and succession planning. Develop new strategies and programs in response to changing circumstances and needs. Form strong relationships with assigned Leadership
• Proactively consult with clients and recommend HR strategic solutions to improve critical business objectives. May identify, create and implement change management initiatives to proactively support key business initiatives; partner with Leadership to proactively define and track the development of key talent and future leaders in the organization
• Coach Leadership on developing leadership skills and building effective teams
• Work closely with business leaders to drive employee performance and organizational effectiveness
• Assist/advise/influence managers with HR related issues including compensation and benefit discussions, policy interpretations, recruitment related activities, etc..
• Work with assigned Recruiter to develop and apply effective recruiting and selection strategies to identify, attract and select well-qualified candidates. Participate in interview process as required
• Participate in talent management activities, including performance management, annual performance reviews, succession planning, high potential talent reviews, leadership development activities, and workforce planning
• Act as an employee advocate and resource in HR related issues
• Participate in setting the Human Resources strategy for Cretex Companies, including the Operating Companies
• Maintain confidentiality of all organizational and human resource information as it pertains to the functions of the Operating Company

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
• PHR, SPHR designation preferred
• Minimum 5+ years related HR experience
• Experience consulting on a wide variety of employee relations situations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills, high level of confidentiality and discretion
• Excellent analysis and decision making skills
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations governing HR programs
